Dr Christopher Oseh is a compassionate, trained former primary care physician turned health and wellness coach, leveraging almost a decade of clinical experience managing and counseling patients toward better health through positive lifestyle changes.

He has a strong, successful track record of treating and comanaging individuals with various chronic illnesses.

As a certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Expert, he is skilled at employing active listening, motivational interviewing, empathy, goal-setting, and accountability to empower individuals to achieve their personal health and wellness goals and change unhealthy behaviors.

Christopher is also an experienced health writer and certified health and wellness coach. He is passionate about educating and inspiring people to make positive choices that help prevent and manage chronic diseases.

He is certified as a Health and Wellness coach by the American Council on Exercise(ACE), certified Neurolinguistic practitioner/Mental Health Coach by the iNLP Center and as a life coach by the International Coaching Federation.(ICF).
